ADR Regulations on Consumption

The Conciliation Body Concordia et Ius srl, whose Regulations on consumer matters govern it, is accredited by the competent Authorities, in compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, pursuant to Article 7 of Law 29 July 2003, no. 229 (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206)

Civil and commercial mediators, already in possession of the training requirements set out in Legislative Decree 28/2010 and subsequent amendments and additions, also satisfy those set out in the Regulations and Resolutions that follow, and are therefore authorised to manage conciliation proceedings in the matters within the competence of the respective Authorities, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 130 of 2015 and subsequent amendments and additions and Annex A to resolution 209/2016/E/com as integrated and amended by resolution 383/2016/E/com, resolution 355/2018/R/com and resolution 301/2021/E/com (ARERA Integrated Conciliation Text, art. 6.2, letter c) and Annex A to AGCOM resolution no. 203/18/CONS as amended by resolution no. 390/21/CONS and by resolution no. 358/22/CONS 15: AGCOM Regulation) and by Annex “A” to resolution no. 236/2022 of 1 December 2022 and by Resolution no. 21/2023 Conclusion of the procedure initiated with resolution no. 236/2022.
