The Conciliation Body Concordia et Ius srl, accredited by the Ministry of Justice, is registered at no. 809 of the Register of Conciliation Bodies and at no. 427 of the List of Training and Research Bodies, throughout the national territory, professionals who have acquired the title of Civil and Commercial Mediator pursuant to Legislative Decree 28/10 and Ministerial Decree 180/10 or who intend to acquire it, to process mediation requests that will take place in the territorial offices already existing, and in all those that the Body intends to open in Italy, through offices to be used as direct offices of the Body, through the affiliation of the Mediator.
