Become a Local Branch Manager

The Conciliation Body Concordia et Ius srl promotes the development of the partnership with the aggregation, in the "affiliate" mode, of the Professionals and the relative offices that wish to share these strategic purposes.

Professionals who believe they have the necessary professional, training and structural requirements may request their affiliation. The request for admission as an affiliate will be assessed by the Head of the Organization, who will verify the existence of the professional's requirements (curriculum vitae, activities, specializations, 50-hour qualifying course, mandatory 18-hour biennial refresher course, other specialized training) and the structural requirements of the relative office (location, organization, possibility of offering a secretariat/reception for front office functions).

Affiliates with such characteristics may become Managers of local Mediation offices of the Conciliation Body Concordia et Ius srl, where the mediation procedures managed by the Body will take place, in compliance with Legislative Decree 28/2010, Ministerial Decree 180/2010, the Procedural Regulations, and the Code of Ethics. Therefore, at least one representative of the affiliated office, having the professional and training requirements, will be registered in the Register of Mediators of the Body, and will be accredited by the Ministry of Justice.

By virtue of this affiliation, the affiliates registered in the Register of Mediators may be designated according to the Regulations of the Organization, after the necessary experiences of support and tutoring, and without prejudice to cases of incompatibility and/or conflicts of interest, according to criteria of geographical proximity, competence and professional experience, as Mediators in the mediation procedures managed by the Organization.

Affiliates may, in agreement with the Organization, request to activate agreed initiatives in the reference territory, both for information and for the promotion of their local Mediation Office, as well as for business development, subject to the Organization having stipulated memoranda of understanding, conventions, partnership agreements with public and private institutions, trade associations, public bodies, companies, using, if authorized, the Organization's brand and the related scientific support, ius.it with the presence of representatives of the Organization on site and/or by videoconference.
